We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee for all appointments that is due at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show within this time frame, the required 50% retainer fee is forfeited and applied to the cancelled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled prior to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the non-refundable retainer fee may be transferred once to a new appointment up to 30 days after the originally scheduled date. Curl Coven reserves the right to refuse service or place a client on a walk-in only basis if they are a repeat offender of the cancellation policy. This includes instances where hair is not prepped properly for a service, or a child or guest is brought to an appointment. No guests or children are permitted in Curl Coven unless they are receiving a service, or unless they are a parent or guardian accompanying a client between the ages of 12-18. All cancellation or reschedule requests must be done via email. Messages sent on social media will not be accepted. refunds & exchanges Curl Coven does not offer refunds on services, products, or retainer fees. Unopened products may be exchanged for a different product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase. Adjustments may be made to a curly cut service within 14 days of the original service. Retainer fees are required for all services and are non-refundable. These fees are 50% of the total cost of the service(s) booked, and are due at the time of booking.
